We collect the information you provide during account creation — name, email, phone number and payment identifiers such as UPI or Paytm handles — along with transaction logs generated during deposits and withdrawals. We do not collect data beyond what is operationally and legally required.

Send a written request to our support email using the address registered to your account. We will compile and deliver your data summary within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

Yes, where no legal retention obligation prevents it. Submit a deletion request via email, and we will remove your data from active systems once the mandatory retention period for transactional records has been met. We will confirm in writing when the deletion is complete.
